Change of Mind Returns / Store Credit

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges simply due to a change of mind or if the product does not meet your expectations.

However, if you wish to return products in their original packaging and in resalable condition, we will issue a store credit for the purchase price minus the delivery fee. A 20% restocking fee will apply.

Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number — returns will not be accepted without one. Store credit will only be issued once we receive and inspect the returned product. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Store credits must be used within 12 months from the date of issue and may only be used for purchases on GluBud’s official website. Store credits are not redeemable for cash.

Statutory Rights, Warranty & Refunds

In addition to any voluntary warranties provided by the manufacturer, consumer rights under applicable consumer protection laws apply and cannot be excluded or restricted.

Under these statutory protections:

We will offer a refund, repair, or replacement if the product you receive does not match its description or sample, fails to function as intended, or is of unmerchantable quality (e.g., defective or dead-on-arrival / DOA).

If a refund, repair, or replacement is approved under warranty, we will cover or reimburse return shipping costs for the original product.

Warranty coverage applies to the original product. Replacement products carry the same warranty terms as the original. You must retain your proof of purchase for all warranty claims.

We reserve the right to charge our standard hourly inspection fee if testing confirms no breach of warranty or statutory rights (i.e., the product is not defective, not DOA, and matches its description).

Refunds will be processed via direct deposit, PayPal, or other payment methods at our discretion.

How to Make a Claim

To claim a refund, repair, or replacement, you must notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the issue, generally within 14 days of receiving the product.

Please contact our support team for assistance. We will guide you through the return process. Returns without a Return Authorization Number may not be accepted.

In certain cases, we may offer a refund, repair, or replacement for products that develop a manufacturing defect within a reasonable period after purchase, despite normal use. Please contact our support team to discuss your situation.

A “reasonable period” is determined based on the nature, cost, and quality of the product.

Incorrect or defective items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds, replacements, or shipping reimbursements will only be processed after we receive and verify the returned product.

We aim to finalize all refunds and replacements within 28 days of receiving the returned item.

We do not provide refunds, repairs, or replacements for products damaged by normal wear and tear, misuse, improper handling, failure to follow usage instructions, or abnormal use.

For products damaged during transit, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can process a transit insurance claim.
